Really, 2 whole complaints per 100000?
These are actual formal complaints to the Department of Transportation, not your average angry letter to the company or snarky Facebook post. It takes a lot of thought, effort, and follow up to file a formal DOT complaint...and your average upset passenger doesn't really think to file such a complaint.

What exactly is untrue about his statement?

"average literacy rate of pax... Uncle Cletus...". Bad form to degrade the product of your future employer. Guarantee you that none of the hundreds of AAI guys that interviewed at SWA spoke that way in their interview. "jonjuan" should remain prepared for any possible outcome. Disparaging comments about the SWA product doesn't do that.
