Looks like a NetJets (International) GIV off rwy 25 at EGE. Nose gear collapsed after departing runway. Apparently no injuries. Main door open and no emer. exits appear open. Airport is closed UFN until the airport authorities can get a large crane to lift it.
Another reason to tell the boss that it's just too dangerous to go skiing, let's go to the islands instead.

Seriously, though, it's that time of the year again. Let's be careful out there.

Ege

So did the gear malfunction before or after the aircraft left the runway?

Anyone know if the runway was contaminated?

Last I heard was that the airplane went off the side of the runway and then the nose gear collapsed.

Two smallish cranes tried to lift it and failed, dropping the aircraft back on the runway causing more damage.

Now waiting for a large crane to drive in from Denver.
