Every so often, a passenger tries this when they're running late. Once again, it didn't work. This guy is going to be really, really late for his flight now.

But would it work if you're running late and are flying the trip?

I imagine that after the fourth or fifth one, all at times when you're scheduled to fly, someone might get suspicious. It used to be such a convenient tool, too. Pity.

I guess that only leaves faking food poisoning. They can take away cell phones, guns, bombs, and children's pacifiers, but they can't take away our fingers down our throats. All in support, raise your middle finger...
