MCOE175 biggest tool ever.

Anyways before you start going on what you call facts... Look at the Earnings statements and where the money for the rented land at SDF is coming from... Do a little research before you can tell me who does what. It seems that your statements gave no merit.

The land is not owned by anyone, that is true! The land is purchased on a 99 year lease program.

I love the simple minded people who think they know what they are talking about!

Also, why don't you check the financials of Compass and see who the lease options you are flying under! I bet you should find that interesting too.

It seems your statements have yet to show merit or sources either.

As for checking the financials of Compass, that would be nearly impossible. They are a wholly owned company, not publicly traded and therefore do not have to release company financials.

RJET on the other hand does and here is their lastest 10k which shows that RJET does not own ANY of their buildings, they are all on long term leases. Stating here, "We lease all of our facilities subject to either long-term leases or on a month to month basis." It also, does not show any subleasing on the properties to Compass, Northwest, or MCHoldings.

On a side note you say, "The land is purchased on a 99 year lease program." You can either purchase property or lease it. If you purchase, it is yours. You may have a payment to a lender, but they are just a leinholder on the property. If you lease it, it is like renting, just a contract to pay to use the property/facility. You do not own it and it has no asset value for you or you company.

I stated as PC as I could before, but I will reiterate in more simple terms. Don't wish ill will on any other airline or pilot, because it may be you that takes the hit and ends up on bottom. Ask you Daddy about how many of his pilot friends have gone to an airline that "couldn't fail" only to be unemployed a couple of years down the road. Get over yourself.

The Compass being sold to Republic rumor is as old as Compass is a company.

That it is! It's so hard to believe that another regional airline in North America could possibly fly the E jet besides RAH. Wow. Let's face it if Compass flew anything other than E175s this rumor would have never left the gate.

Embraer maintenence in Louisville!? Oh my god, that could only mean one thing... we're being acquired! I'm sure Expressjet is really nervous too because they do Embraer maintenence in SDF as well.

Maybe there is something to it though, I heard about a 170 trying to sneak under a fence un-noticed to try and steal NWA passengers from Compass. Look.

Sounds to me like pure 100% organic USDA approved speculation.

Thank you very much for making me laugh!!!! Having been furloughed twice in the past 5 months I have been cruising the boards looking for info. All has been gloom and doom until today. Thanks again for making me laugh.
