Northwest Airlines Recommendation Letter

I'm trying to write a recommendation letter for a friend who has an interview at Northwest Airlines. Does anybody know who I can/should address the letter to? (I work for a different airline).

I don't know....but to give you start I would just write "Pilot Recruitment Team" or "Pilot Recruiter". Most of mine have had that intro and seem to work.

No telling who's going to be on their interview panel, which is where he will take the letter. I would just go with "Dear Sir or Madam" or something else generic.
