Non-REv Listing on the new Frontier???

I have had bad experiences trying to list with Frontier over the phone for the last 6 months +. It is not abnormal for me to have 30-40min wait times. Does anyone have a better option that I can list prior to arriving at the gate? I have tried at all hours of the day and night and have had poor results.

put them on speaker phone while watching the ball game, or morning news. I normally wait 10-20 minutes. It is worth the time they really treat you great at Frontier

Thanks, how about listing dependents for ZED travel on AirTran. I have tried to list on the jump seat through 1800-airtran but they wouldn't allow me, can I at least list dependents on airtran?
