non-rev departure tax

Planning a trip to Europe soon. Just wondering:

1) If I fly to AMS, LHR, or CDG then use an ID90 that same day to Italy, will I still be charged a departure tax? If so, how much?

2) Wondering the same thing for the way home, ID90 from FCO to AMS, LHR, or CDG then onto IAH? Will I have to pay multiple departure taxes? If so, do you know how much?
