Tell her you'd be happy to provide her the aircraft, but there will be an additional employee (Or two) to act as an assisting passenger in the event of an emergency evacuation. (No cost of course) If she's non-plussed, then tell her she's welcome to take her business elsewhere.

Those of you castigating this guy for being concerned about the "stupid stuff" should realize he's talking out of concern for her and his safety in the event of an emergency evac. As a former air ambulance pilot, I assure you that picking up 200 pounds of non-ambulatory dead weight off the floor is a lot more difficult than you can imagine.

"It will make her day if you're not worried about her."

I think I'd rather hurt her feelings, if that's what me me being responsible and concerned for her safety means. There is no more important precept of customer service than not hurting or killing your customer. You can still do it with a smile on your face.
