no votey yessy.

i wont even see 1% or 5% or whatever we will get....if payroll can even figure it out.

Retro pay is an absolute for me. We cannot reward them for dragging this out for this long.

Voting no makes sense for those in the Brasillia since they have nothing to lose anyway. For the other 3/4 of our pilot group voting no does not make since. Worst case scenario we don't vote in the pay raise and vote in the union. We would take a 2% paycut across the board by doing that and have no split rates for the 70/76 seaters. If the union gets voted in it would be nice to have the raise to offset the 2% in dues. Best case scenario we vote in the raise, don't vote in the union and save a few hundred to a couple thousand bucks a year. That is money that can buy a lot of better things. I do think the brasillia guys should also get a raise unfortunately the company wouldn't budge on that one. This is why I believe the pay package will pass 75% to 25% when the dust settles.

Well if I wont notice a 5% pay raise why would you think I would notice what you call a 2% paycut? Some of our pilots have principle and will not vote in a pay scale that does not include all our pilots. Also, 2% gets you a lot, you arent just throwing away money. Best case scenario, we vote this down and vote in ALPA and SGU starts actually negotiating in good faith and we get some real money and more importantly, work rule improvments.

It's free money that does not obligate us to anything, and it will be available for the bro people when they transition. Vote yes, then vote in alpa if you want.

i vote no twice. it isnt free money. you are selling your soul and your fellow pilots down the river. and i am not talking just about fellow weedwacker pilots, i am talking about the rest of the industry. it aint all about you...think of others for once. please. pretty please. superduper pretty please. thank you.

nope thats how you are wrong!, it is all about me. The weak realize that to late, no one cares about anyone besides them.

life is short fvck work, and enjoy life, i know i do. oh yea alpa can suck it

buuuuuuuuuuuuuuu... bye

obnoxious. hope to fly with you someday. pilots with your attitude set themselves up to look like fools. I hope I'm there to see it... if it doesn't kill somebody.

funny thing about seniority... i'll always be ahead of you. I might just be an rj captain next month. or giving you a linecheck.

Let's see:

Vote yes and set the bar at: no COLA, a confusing set of rules as to how we are paid to fly the larger equipment, an insulting 1% for the -200 guys, a nebulous 5-6-7-8% for the guys that fly the bigger aircraft, and a bagel in a pear tree for the Brasilia (yes, it's Brasilia.............not Bro.....not Bra) guys. Make no mistake..........we will have to fight with Payroll and SAPA to get paid correctly. Semantics is a fun game we get to play with SGU........ one I've grown tired of. Anyone who's been here for awhile (through more than one union drive) knows what I mean.

Where does that set the bar for everyone else? Do those of you trying to get a new contract like what you see with this? Everyone complains that the SKYW guys always hang on the coattails of the union guys. The shoe would be on the other foot with this. How does that set with you? You'll be riding our coattails with this. You still want us to vote yes in order to "split" (and I use that term loosely) the rates? You'll be the next to get to figure out this formulae.

Have fun...................................................

AF

UPS and FedEx both did not get any retro. Why should you as a regional pilot expect to get retro?

UPS and FEDEX both got retro in the form of signing bonuses. Retro pay is fair and justified. Get over yourself.

On the Brasilia, but going to the jet in March or April. Completely stupid for us to agree not to ask for another raise for 4 years. Oh wait, with inflation, we'll just be lessening our yearly pay CUT. Let this turd keep floating down the river.

VOTED NO

I was reallly impressed by the pay proposal. Fine quality paper, bright colors, and that little staple was EXACTLY horizontal to the top edge off the paper. How could anyone not in their right mind not like it????
