· Minimum of 3 years Inflight management experience or equivalent
· Strong knowledge of FAR’s, 121 Operations and training
· Knowledge of and experience with Labor/Employee Relations and Regulatory Compliance relating to Inflight division
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong customer service orientation with proven track record of professionalism and accomplishment
· Effective time management and ability to multi-task
· Effective organizational skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
