It was only a matter of time until the truth came out on this one. The company pretended they were so outraged at the "data breach" that they were going to pull out all of the stops to find the culprit. Turns out it was D. D....s and M. S.......o themselves. In their deposition, they admitted information was released thru their lawyers. Then they claimed it was the UNION's fault. They must think we are fools.

GC once again you underestimate the ability of the flex elite to be foolish. The yammer is full of more moral outrage against the union despite the company being caught lying it's ass off.

Knowingly and wittingly at the time lying their ass off. Knowingly and wittingly continuing the farce. Knowingly and wittingly ignoring the facts after their disclosure. But according the usual crew, the union is at fault, corrupt and shiftless. It's getting tiresome.

I've known all along what we are dealing with but I'm surprised the die hard FoK ans FoK wannabees are still caffeinated and working overtime.

Hey Kids! For a good time, check out the Union's Exhibit 14 in the interference case located on the VUH. It contains select photocopies of Management by Trust. Here's an excerpt:

"The first thing lawyers will tell you is to hide your roster of employees, to make it more difficult for would-be organizers to contact them. Our roster was openly published on the pilots' own Web site. With their addresses? the lawyers asked. You bet. Phone numbers? Yep. E-mail addresses? Certainly. The look in the lawyers' eyes said, You're toast."

"If organizers wanted to speak with our employees, more power to them."

Uncle's Ego wrote a book about how to prevent a union and distributes it for free to his employees. Then, when this genius loses the election, he throws a temper tantrum and files a complaint alleging the Union shouldn't have had those very same names and addresses.

The look on the arbitrator's face when he reads Uncle's book: PRICELESS.

You just can't make this stuff up.

Good thing 1108 won. And now, the company has already started a whisper campaign with the motto "there goes our raise." If we really would have got an industry leading raise if we voted out the union, why can't we still get an industry leading raise with the union? Time will reveal the truth.

WOW. How can this be? Didn't the company claim that we would get our raise if we voted out the union? But DF, Director of Flight Administration at Flight Options, claimed in his sworn testimony that the company never promised a pay raise for any of its pilots. So Is he lying in his sworn deposition before the NMB or was he lying to the pilots prior to the vote? Can't have it both ways.
