Thanks USAPA for putting pressure on the company and putting together a plan that resulted in no furloughs. USAPA stepped to the plate and it delivered thanks to aggressive moves like not supporting the swap with Delta and other behind the scenes actions that can not be mentioned. 200 were to be furloughed. You can not play nice with management. They will take advantage of you. The latest bid had many upgrades. Lots of F/O back to
Capt and many are getting of the 190.

I don think they can squeeze any more out of this airline as far as peducktivity and such. Weez already workin till long after the cows come home.

We gots 95 hours overflyin a month and now we got only thee bases and they didn't furlough and they made a bunch of new captains. Go figgure?

Does that mean your east coast man love will finally upgrade to the 190 as captain after 22 years?:laugh::laugh:
 
I guess the E190 will go junior from now on. Lot of senior guys bidding the heavies as f/o's.
