No decision tonite for XJ

Word just came from those in the courtroom. No decision tonite, Mesaba cannot impose terms until ruling issued....

That sounds a little wierd. yesterday he said they could impose the new terms. Unless there was another decision or ruling saying they can't, then the one made yesterday should still be in effect.
