No AS Flight Deck J/S on 2/26 evening

Feb. 26th from 2245-2335 (PST). IT will be conducting database updates, due to these updates photos will not be available in JACS/CASS and KCM therefore agents may not be able to process you/your request. We are sorry for the inconvenience and ask that you please plan accordingly.

This will just affect AS/QX pilots trying to Jumpseat or use KSM. OAL pilots will not have an issue on us. The plan is for the system to be down only from 11:00-11:20 pm PT.
