I'm a pilot @ NJA. I 've had a couple of conversations with NJI F/As, and they seem to love their job. I don't know the specifics, but it seems to me its a pretty good step up from any airline. Supposely its at least a one year wait just to get an interview, very competitive.

As far compensation, NJA is a better deal than NJI. You'll make more $$$ when you add after mid-nights, over-time, etc.

Thanks for the reply! I spoke with Craig and he said that he heard back in a week and a half and he was hired 6 months ago...so, I'm hoping that time table is what's to be expected. The rumor is that they're looking to fill and April class...

I wish they were hiring on both the NJA and NJI side.
