In fact I do. But, I wasn't even counting that income. Nor my spouse's.

Oh, and I forgot Rusty, I work a lot less too.

Good for you man, private business ownership is the way to go. Tours are much more fun when you fly with someone who's got things bigger than flying going on inoutside world. Even when I'm at work I dont like talking about planes lol.

I right there with you brother. I have not one airplane picture in my house. Haven't been to an airshow since college.

Goodness gracious I have been away too long from this site and I know I have spent a good hour just reading all this juicy stuff. Hooooo Doggies I have been missing the fun.

Cush,
Million dollar question
Why do you work at Netjets if you dont need to?
IF you seem to not be into flying/airplanes why are you posting stuff on here?
Just wondering

Oh and BTW met some of the NJA guys over here and they are great. Hope they have felt welcome. Cant wait to have them out on the line.

Gotta get back to my "As the Frac World turns" Cyber Soap!!

Yes they are. Know one of them well. There are many "great ones" to follow. NJA has a great pilot force, one with which I am proud to be a part of.

Look dude, pilot salaries at NetJets are now almost where they should be. It is pretty obvious that you are a Bridgeway puke that believes all of the BS that you have shoveled down your throat on a daily basis. Pilot salaries are a mere drop in the bucket compared to the waste generated on a daily basis from Bridgeway.

So, before you say something stupid like, "pilot salaries are more than we can handle" look inward. Bridgeway is the major source of the profitability issues at NetJets. Pilots are a profit multiplier, not a liability. So until there is a change in your attitude, (and those like you) we will always be a non-profitable organization.

BTW, don't even try and challenge me on this one. You will only make yourself look stupid.

Well Cav here are some more facts thats Not a pilot may not know. There are 3 people in CMH for every pilot here. That isn't a good ratio for a place with no gate agents, rampers etc.

Also Bouisture hired 400 people during his stellar stay at NJA, why 400??? Who knows, but the word is, those 400 will be gone by the end of the year. Too many chiefs not enough indians...... If you are a Vice President of Paper Towels, maybe time to find a new gig....

Your right on hydrarkt, but dont forget to add in exactly how much it is that the high school/college kids in scheduling have cost the company either. Millions........at the least.

Hey, I'm not a scheduler but I work at Bridgeway. I don't like the job they do but its a logistical nightmare. You try scheduling 2500 pilots, 350 planes to 5000 airports. Then have 40% of the fleet break on a daily basis. The reason there are so many changes is because planes are a breaking and crews are DNIFing. A small % is owners changing plans. (I'm not blaming crews, planes breaking and crews being sick happen, but the owner still needs to go where he wants to go)

If you think you know what’s going on here because you visited a day then I can tell you how easy I think your job is because I flew on a ferry flight.

The people on this board are so ready to bash their coworkers. NJA pilots are probably the best compensated in the aviation industry. You have good pay and awesome benefits. Seriously why can't people get over their negativity and grudge and do the job they are paid to do. (I'm not singling you out Rocker)

I don't know what the pilots do out on the road, but I do know what we do for them. I will list them, you find me a corporate pilots who has all this done for them.

In addition to the good pay you get
To keep your FF miles
Keep your hotel points
Live anywhere in the USA (if you started before Nov)
Get per diem
Get crew food
Have all your flight plans ran and filed for you
All hotels and crew x-port is booked for you
All international planning is done for you, and jepp is now doing Canada
You get awesome health benefits
7 on 7 off with 3 weeks of vacation, that’s three 21 day breaks a year to take your family and stay/fly for free using your hotel points and FF miles.
401k with matching company contribution

So for the pilots who are complaining of their job/schedulers/pay or whatever. I have some advice, QUIT and find a better job, cause I don't want to deal with your negativity. I hate the handholding and incompetence just as much as you and we both know there is a lot on both sides of the screen. So fly the freaking airplanes and I will do my best to support you from here.

Peace out
