NJI or NJA requirements

My fiance wants to get into the fractional flight attendant business. Can anyone tell us what the requirements are, and then what the actual competitive mins are? My co-worker's wife is an FA for NJI, but I only see him about once a month, so I'm trying this forum to get info more quickly.

Have your co-worker's wife walk in the resume. That will give your fiance a much better shot at the interview than a mail-in. If she gets the interview, it's all about personality, presentation, and attitude.
