Personally, I could care less about the pilots or the planes at NJI. The reason I care about the issue is SCOPE. We need to lock down the scope - all domestically-based NetJets flying needs to be done by 1108 pilots.

Grump, do you include EJM in that equation? Just curious.

I'm sorry, I was under the impression that NJI got a pay raise, oh, right about the time our new CBA came around.

I didnt get a pay raise. Nor did the other 120 or so F.O.'s I work with.

That's what EJM does. I've read posts from 1108 members who would have answered yes because they don't recognize the differences in the business model.

I guess that's the difference between between me and them. EJM flying NetJets-owned aircraft as charter under 121, however, is a different animal, and should be done by 1108 pilots.

Yeah, they looked tired to me. But they played good ball the last 30 days, and I think Sidney might do something in Raleigh. Who knows.

The Captains did get a bump in pay, and the 5% for the V went away. All IV/V positions are paid the same now I believe.
