That depends on what part of the world you are in, you only get Balut in Asia(PI,Korea,Hong Kong) They don't sell that stuff in Japan , I have also had my share of exotic foods, I figure what the heck, I am not a picky eater and will try anything once, and you don't want to know some of the things that I have had.

Only when they are deep fried or dipped in chocolate. As for monkey brains, if the FA brings it up front with some chips, salsa and guac.... I'd eat it!

And I have no idea what is replacing what, heard a rumor the GVI or G600 is going to be the same Type Certificate so who knows. Maybe V Flyer is listening.

The project is not far enough along (it doesn't officially exist) for an FAA determination. The factory will push for it to be the same type.
