Thanks for the public cudos but I didn't answer your question. It was either Diesel or FLYLOW22 - either one is a good source...most of the time. ;)

The pay changes immediately at ratification. Pilots on the Flex or 17 day schedule start receiving the new Reserve pay. 7 & 7 folks get the new pay for that schedule.

Schedules don't change until January. HBAs don't change until the 28th of November. By January, all the pay and schedules will match up.

Anyone that thought that everything would change 1 second after the ratification vote was dreaming. Transitions take time and cooperation. We're offering cooperation right now and the company is accepting it.

The question comes pretty quickly to a head when we ask for cooperation. Look for that answer in the next few days on the 401(k) issue. I'm hopeful that Woodbridge will do the right thing.
