Hogprint said:50% on 6/4 is not livable to me...this one will rot on the vine.
As I have posted here before...
Mr. S wanted everone on the 7/7...that is all we heard for three years. What has changed?
Hogprint said:Right out of one of the previous negotiators mouth. Relayed to me over dinner one night in Dec 03.
Was he not to be believed?
Some Dude said:Sounds like Family Guy is fishing for info. Family Guy you don't know crap. There are three schedules for pilots. Are you so stupid you don't know that? Once again you show that you have no facts to post on this board. Oh yeah did I tell you today that I don't like you.
Hogprint said:I will say it again. The only schedule on the table from 00' through the failed TA was a 7/7. There was no discussion of 6/6 until early this year.
You know that.
And by the way, check company letter dated Feb 25, 2003. Signed by Richard T. Santulli. He spells it out in black and white for you.
FamilyGuy said:Is that company letter posted somewhere for everyone to read?
Hogprint said:That letter came to me through the U.S. Mail...I would think it would be archived somewhere in the Death Star.
Owww! Owwww! I found another...
"We determined that placing all or most of the pilots on the 7&7, resulted in potential improvements to crew pairing opportunities."
Worth W. Moisture, Jr.
Letter dated August 27, 2004
Why have they have backtracked on this? Hmmmmmmm.........
No it is just designed to bring down pay. Its less efficient.FamilyGuy said:Did someone find that a 6-6 schedule was more efficient than a 7-7?
El Chupacabra said:The proposed schedule options of 6/6 and 6/4 do not help the company. They are FIXED schedules that has an equal number of pilots assigned to work Every Day regardless of Demand. You have TOO many crews working some days and far too few on others.
Unless of course you man for the busy days with enough pilots... then you have a lot of people sitting around all the other days.
I am not explaining this as well as I could have but I would expect many in the Casino have jobs that could relate to this issue. A better solution was the 7/7 and Reserve schedules that was part of the failed TA. The flexibility to increase manpower on the days of high demand.
