Please vote in the NJASAP vs. Teamsters union process.

It takes five minutes at most. If you haven't received or lost your automated vote application letter, contact a union steward and they will get you the info you need.

If we don't get a substantial majority there is a chance that the teamsters can protest and try to force us to the NMB.

There are plenty of links on the union site.

Thanks

As a friendly warning, some of the NJ pilots mistook their voting packet as junk mail. So if you think you're still waiting on yours and you recently tossed something from the Teamsters... It's best to play it safe and check the NJASAP board for instructions. :)

From the Company to NJI pilots, there are many interested observers that will formulate opinions based on the level of participation in this unprecedented event. Not only is it the next logical step for a pilotgroup that has grown tremendously in numbers and unity, but it will pave the way for future expansion ;) according to those of us speculating about NJI.

A ton of work has been done already to bring this opportunity to the NJ pilots. A high percentage of the votes cast will be a validation of those efforts; but more importantly, it will be a strong expression of unity by a group of professionals determined to speak for themselves and receive credit for their own accomplishments. Kudos to you all! The last 4 years have been amazing! NJW

NJASAP........A STRONGER MORE INDEPENDENT UNION AWAITS YOU ON THE ASSOCIATION SIDE

I second Gunfyter's motion. We'll all get extra fireworks to save ...
for the first annual NJASAP Independence Day on July 11th...:p

At 8PM Eastern Monday the 30th. It's a phone vote so do allow yourself time to complete the process before the poll closes. Perhaps all the procrastinators out there could take pity on your 1200 plus fellow pilots who have already voted and are anxiously following the election. New systems often have bugs to work out so it does seem prudent to cast your vote well in advance of the deadline to cover any potential snags.

There's a lot of administrative work involved with the transition so please help those who are helping you. Remember that your NJASAP Dues Check Off form has to be mailed in. They're collecting those now. Changing the info for each member is a time-consuming process so the sooner they get them, the better. Your participation is appreciated by your NJ Association. Thanks! NJW
