I am in the CE 680 fleet and it seems that most people have been getting whatever schedule that they want. It is more difficult to get the start day that you want on the 7/7.
I was hired in August of 07 and held the reserve (now the 18 day) with no problems. This past bid I switched to the 15 day. The 18 day schedule worked out well for me, but I want more days off in the summer so I can grill out and hang out on the lake more. Still good money, and work a lot less. The selection of days off is not there on the 15 day, but I am single so I can do what I want when I want.
