Hi!

3 months from pool->interview, no LOR, but Derinda was familiar with me because I started the process about 18 months ago.

The sim and interview seemed to go great. Unfortunately, I am not in charge of hiring me, so I have no idea if I will be hired.

Everyone at NJA was VERY helpful and friendly. The interview was more like telling stories to a group of four people than interviewing. It was my 8th aviation interview, so that helped. Some of the others were very nervous.

Everyone from last week and this week's interview groups will find out next week.

PS-They only bring you in if they want to hire you, and rumour is they're selecting 70% of those they interview, which is a very, very high number, relative to other aviation hiring processes.
