FO pay will have to be addressed. We're two presidents away (at least) from the next upgrade class...

I'm already resigned to the fact that the earliest I'll return is in a year 7 or year 8 pay scenario..... Hopefully that FO payscale can be re-adjusted to levels that reflect the fact that we will have FO's hitting year 15 before upgrades. I'd sure like to come back by year 7,8,9 and be able to make over $110K.. Or atleast know that the payscale has been lengthened to say a 20 yr. scale similar to the Captains pay scale...

Once again, little foresight and an attitude that "no way will there ever be 10 year FO's at Netjets". Same with the regional mentality ..Someday we'll all learn...

I'm also curious to see how the great pilot shortage/hiring in the near future would affect this ? It would be hard to be a ten year FO making 80K a year with no foreseeable upgrade and no new wages on the horizon. I could see a lot of FO's jumping ship at Netjets. Here is to better pay and the remainder of a career as an FO.

Hey, at least someday I may get Xmas at home with the Grand kids. This is assuming I'm still above ground....
