I wish the press would quit showing images of regional aircraft in DAL colors when they cover this story. Makes the regionals look bad when it was mother D that screwed the pooch on this one.

Delta regionals are the highest percentage of aircraft at any given airport in Delta colors.

Really? Even ATL? I saw a gaggle of MD88s at the West side of the C Concourse yesterday. And the 88 717s haven't even shown up yet. Things are a changing.....

"That 9-year-old Minnesota boy who slipped through security and hopped a flight to Las Vegas is no stranger to child protection investigators, who say he has a history of sneaking into a water park and was recently arrested after allegedly stealing a car, according to an e-mail obtained by the Minneapolis Star Tribune."

"And it turns out that his mother works at the airport where he began his journey, a source close to the situation said."

"The newspaper reported that Janine Moore, area director of the Hennepin County Human Services and Public Health Department, wrote in an e-mail to agency administrators and County Board members of the boy's "pattern of behavior," which has included hanging out at a Bloomington, Minnesota, water park and blending in with a large family to slip through without paying."

Water parks or airports; guess the security bypass methods are similar. Hope the bad guys weren't out practicing this summer...

I was just in the airport Starbucks line and watched a mother order her 6yr old son a latter while he screamed and played on his iPad, in case you're wondering how to raise an ***********************************.
