I wish the press would quit showing images of regional aircraft in DAL colors when they cover this story. Makes the regionals look bad when it was mother D that screwed the pooch on this one.

Exactly - where the fu&k are the kid's idiot parents? Delta should have done a much better job but the kid's parents should be fined big time for their lacking or non-existent parenting skills.
