Night/Instrument Time Conversion From Total Time

After ten plus years of logging time in the little red logbooks without logging instrument or night time I have a dilemma. I'm looking at new jobs and applications requiring the numbers, does anyone have an easy conversion factor to derive a close approximation from total time? For example: 1000 hours of total time equates to 200 hours of night and 100 hours of instrument time on average.

Any and all help appreciated.

Well, what type of flying are you doing? Mostly night? Mostly Day?

Instrument is roughly 5-10%

I figure when you get that much time, it shouldn't make a difference if you have 2000 or 3000 hrs of night time or actual time? I pay little attention to how much time I spend in the clouds, so even if I kept up with it after every leg, it would still be a guess.
