I think it's safe to say that Delta is back! The Pizza event after a flight was diverted, now this!! Delta the airline is not behind these gestures, it's the PEOPLE who make Delta, front line supervisors and the grunts!

I'm not a Delta cheerleader, just an observation!

United and US Air management should look at these two cases and ask if their empoyees would do the same in similar circumstances??
 
Well although its not a popular thought on FI this does come from the top. Not that RA originated his type of People behavior as it was at Delta before he got to be CEO.But he for sure pushes it on all levels.
