Broncos schedule

Looking at the Broncos schedule I don't see how they can possibly lose a game this year. Of course I say that every year but this year I really think they might go undefeated.
I wish I could share your optimism. But I go back to the early days of Frank Tripucka at quarterback, Bears Stadium, and the Chiefs beating the Broncos 56-7 at least once or twice a year. Memories of Hank Stram ordering the onside kick in the 1966 56-10 loss at Bears Stadium still sick in my craw. In fact, sometimes I enjoy it more when they beat the Chiefs than when they beat the Raiders.

The Broncos could beat Oakland twice. They also could lose to Oakland twice. The pass defense is untested - and you recall how Rich Gannon had a field day against last year's pass "defense." The last two games of the year, at Indianapolis and Green Bay, won't be easy (the "frozen tundra" four days before New Years' - gulp). On the other hand, "Chucky" figured out how to beat Oakland's offense to win the Super Bowl and the quarterback position has been upgraded.

No undefeated season. Barring injuries and the usual caveats, I stand by 11-5. If at least one of the wins is against Oakland, the Broncos win the division.

But it won't be easy when they cut someone like Lawyer Milloy, one of the league's top safetys. I wouldn't mind having him here in Denver, though Mike Shanahan said he's not interested.

The Bears have no chance this year. The mighty Vikings have a rehabilitated criminal on the roster posing as a "super star"

That would be none otther than the gangster, Randy Moss.

Here is a link as to how our over paid, over hyped, super star has reformed, Yeah, Right!

Go AZ Cardinals!

Just a mere $1000 this year would make me a bajizzillionare if the Cardinals were to take it all.

Yes...I'm really a die-hard [never] Cardinals fan. There are a few of us you know.
