Here are the major details:

-Integration to be complete by 2015.
-No FL pilot can become a WN captain until 2015. FL pilots can become a WN FO, ATL 717 Capt., or ATL 717 FO.
-717 to be fenced until 2015 and keep FL pay rates.
-Transition of 737s to begin in April.
-Transition of 717s to begin in January 2013.
-Crews to transition with planes. Final crews to transition by April 2014.
-Codesharing can start as soon as deal is approved.

-No PMWN pilot will be able to bid the 717 until 2015.
-717 Pilots will earn the current 717 pay (not WN pay) even when flying a reconfigured plane in the WN network until 2015.
-In 2015, 717 pay rates will snap up to 737 pay rates.
-Basically for a senior FL ATL 717 pilot, barely anything will change besides the name on the side of the plane and the seats inside until 2015.

-The first FL pilot is #1346.
-The 449 most junior FL pilots as of Sept. 27th, 2010 are last besides those hired after that date.
-The most junior FL captain is more th

There are an awful lot of junior FOs at SWA thinking Todd stole theirs.

This was brought on by management decisions. It's hard not to take it personally. AAI guys aren't the only ones unhappy about this.

Then its probably a pretty good deal. You can tell when EVERYONE is p.o.ed.
