"ENTITLEMENT"

As in "Entitlement'S 2357 - WITH YOU at Tree Fife Zero"

It's still gonna be "CACTUS" just ask "Fast Eddie" Bular.............

Don't you hear those yeast-holes on the radio??

"USAir'S BLah, blah, blah..........."

I do, I hear it from damn near every major and even some of the regionals are starting to chime in with it.

So what does it mean? Why the "S" on the end of callsigns?

I think it should be "Family" as in "Family 67 is right base."

Bye Bye--General Lee

I'm thinking the 's guys are also the "and" guys....

kinda like the dorks who start radio transmissions with "and" as in "and Atlanta Center, blah blah 2130, flight level 400, smooth"

If I were the center guy I would'nt be able to resist: "roger blah blah 2130, got you at 400, the first part of your transmission was blocked, everything you said before "and." Then proceed to make him admit he started a transmission with the word "and." I figure I could beat that shiite out of him eventually. A man's got to have a goal in life.

Okay, contest for the new AAA callsign.

Here's my top two:

"Thunderbird" (Dougie was busted on his way home from the T-Bird's tent at the Phoenix Open. Also the name of a very tasty wine that fits nicely in a small paper bag.)

"Bad Beat" (Poker term used by a whiny player when he loses a hand. That's why they call it gambling: you pays your money and you takes your chances. Kind of like binding arbitration.)
