I think he is saying that the LLC should pay FlightSaftey and then receive reimbursement from the client.
That's what I meant, I just don't know if it's entirely legit by the fed's standard. Either way, I know of a company that was fined by the IRS for how they used contract pilots. They required them to be exclusive to that company and paid their recurrent, etc. Basically if you walk like a duck...they need to treat you like their other ducks and pay you benefits. But like I said, that's an issue for the company. Getting yourself listed as insured should be your major concern. Get under their umbrella because the LLC will not protect you whatsoever.
