Hey Mike thanks again for all the work you have put in on the list!

I have a couple suggestions which may be better suited for whoever you pick to continue the process of filling the pool, but here goes...

1. Could you put numbers down the left or right column (it would make it easier to see how many people one has to go).

2. Can you put an availability date for the individual (probably next to stop/loss).
- I have several military friends that while not stop/lossed or they have a waiver, they can not separate till Jul, or next fall due to normal Active Duty Service Commitments (their training contracts). Hence, even though they are in the pool ahead of us, they could not take a class before summer or fall.

* For military people, you would have to put your terminal leave date or earliest separation date.

This might make it easier for everyone to figure out the magic of class dates
