New stuff in CFI PTS

Can anyone give me a rough idea of how to do a 1: Steep Spiral and 2: 180 degree power off acuracy landing? These both go BACK into the CFI pts Aug. 1, and my checkride will be in early aug. I've never done either maneuver, and my instructor is out of town till the weekend, and i fly tommorow. Thought id give em a shot.

Make sure that an instructor has given you training in those manuvers, and written that in your logbook before you go on the ride. If I was the FAA that's what I'd be looking for.
