New start-up airline @ IAD

So, will this ailine fill the need for an "low cost", effecient international airline?

Or in other words, will these airlines fill the niche for cheap international travel and be the final blow to the big airlines? (NWA, AA, Delta, etc...)?

Will the planes they buy be so automated that no pilots will be needed j/k.... there wanted add did not mention cockpit crews.... maybe with only one plane they have the thing wet leased.... anyone knows...any one...
