Just concluded 3rd consecutive year of successful negotiations:
- 3 raises over 2 year period starting Nov 1, 07
- Increases of $9 to $16 over 2 year period for Capts
--Approx. 9%-10%
- Up to $6 for FOs
- Figures don't include Dec. 2007 bonus
--$6-$8/hr for hours flown in 2007 for capts
--$3-4/hr for FOs
---Divided up among hours flown over the year, the bonus represents an additional 9%-10%
- Profit Sharing Bonuses to be paid out every Sep.

The following 2009 comparisons do not include profit sharing or productivity incentive (130% >81 hrs):

NWA 10 yr DC-9 = $122 in 2009
UAL 10 yr 737 = $130 in 2009
US(east) 10yr737=$122 in 2009
AAY 10 yr MD80 = $124 in 2009

Gettin' better by the day baby...

Congrats on the new figures! Do you know if they are working on changing things for newhires during training such as training pay and or paying for housing while in training? Just curious.

Well done. Seems as though management works with and addresses concerns of the troops. Somewhat rare in this business.

Management does work with us. These numbers are without a union. Management does not want a union and with continual increases like this, neither do I.

Still looking at a good number of pilots to the end of the year and more growth beyond that.

This is a good place to lay my hat - oops, we don't wear hats here.

Stoill there?

I know we can't post names so ill try to push the limit a little.
I have a friend who went to Allegiant in 03.
Hi goes by something like Paxx Piaxxk. And he lives in LAS. if that doesnt help ( or Admin steps in) please pm me. I lost touch with him and just want to touch base....

Take care.
Joe.
