Off of the Northwest ALPA website:
"MEC APPROVES LETTER OF AGREEMENT (03/29/02)
The MEC yesterday unanimously approved, by mail ballot, a two-part Letter of Agreement with NWA. The first part of the Agreement grants NWA limited relief so the NWA code can remain on American Eagle flights in and out of Boston. The second part of the agreement restricts NWA from converting 44-seat CRJs to 50-seaters – and vice-versa – by simply obtaining a new type certification. Both of these issues and the associated Letter of Agreement are discussed in the latest Ziplines, which was Fastmailed! today. The print version will be mailed next week."
Does anyone have the actual LOA and could you post it?
