So here's the deal. I'm 34 and have been flying for over ten years and always tested 20/20 vision military and civilian physicals. At my last physical with the Air Guard, I tested 20/40 in one eye and had to get glasses to fly with. No problem on the military side. The question is on the commercial side. I have a 1st class that is good until April saying I don't need glasses. Do I just wear the glasses and disclose at my next physical in April or do I need to have a new physical done since I'm aware of new information? Anyone ever had this happen?

Prudence tells me you might need to disclose this, but then again, there's a section requesting if anything has changed since your last medical.

Call AOPA or a few different AME's.

...not that big of a deal, wear em until next physical then spill the beans ;)
