Yeah Baby,

Got the calls today!!!! jetBlue on Dec 2.
After 6 furloughs from 4 different airlines I am ready for some good news. I would encourage ALL to apply. This appears to be one of the carriers that will probably not only make it , but prosper.

Yeah, yeah...I've worked for 2(two) MAJORS.....not THAT great. I am furloughed!

Good Luck ALL

Congrats, GoinBlue -- a major score during some lean times!

Hope you have a ball:D

JetBlue...

I also got the call...
After almost 21 years in the USAF it appears I will trade one side-stick for another... I will be in the February class as that is when I go on terminal leave from Uncle Sam...

Congrats and I look forward to seeing you on the line...

Congrats!!!

Congrats, Krunch & Goin' Blue. Yer gonna' love it here.

Sure, I've only been on the line a whopping 3 months, but this really is a great place to be. The jet is fun to fly and the people are GREAT!

Hope to hear some good news from other new hires out there.

Good luck to all!

Shaggy

Congratulations!
You guys get another unfair advantage with "the bird" and the flight control laws. Enjoy!

Congrats

Great to hear the good news! You guys deserve it! Especially for GoinBlue after everything he has been through.

good luck eith the Blue

Good luck with Alpha Prot, Alpha Floor, and Alpha Max.

Don't forget FADEC, SEC, ELAC's and ADRU's either!

Try to find The Personalized Instructor, otherwise as the French to English Dictionary, it really helped me.

Check out Airbuspilot.net. Tremendous help!

Not like I care or anything.................;)
Congrats and fly safe

Good on you, Krunch. I did the same thing (21 then FDX). The grass really is greener on this side. Congrats!

Purple

Greener... Looking forward to it...

Purple Haze thanks for the sentiment.

It feels wierd to even think about the word retirement...
I have flown F-4's and F-16's for my entire 20 plus years and have been very fortunate to meet great people and work for some of the best...

Now if I can spend the next 17 years at JetBlue I will have truly been there and done that on both sides of the fence. It will be very different not having to worry about remote assingments and moving every 30-36 months. 10 moves in 20+ was interesting. I look forward to knowing that the greener grass on my side of the fence will not only be mine for quite a while; but a place my kids will be able to call home...
