I would say send in your resume anyway. Even if you are a shade under those mins.

I have worked with ACC for almost two years. I am doing the ondemand charter side of things. I think the QQL is great. Bearing in mind I am single:) We are on the road for 19 days with 9 days off in a row. I love that schd because 9 days off in a row is like a vacation every month. Pay for a charter FO is about 23k-26k. Captains see 55k+ depending on how much we fly. Schd FO sees 19k capt 42k.

On charter we have all 360-300. They are great planes for charter with six blade props and they can cruise along at FL200 with ease. Although you are on masks.

I upgraded in a little over one year. Which seems to be about the running average. This is a great plane to upgrade in because it is turbine pic and it weighs more than 20k for those who need that.

We have health insurance and 401k. Great company to work for and a fun airplane to fly! This is not your bottom feeding freight company. We have about 34 shorts with 3 DA-20s on our certificate soon.

First it has to open up, I have no idea who the Reno FO is and what his plan may be. Generally speaking the low-time runs have the highest turnover for FO's, because everyone wants to build their time to upgrade. But for CA's, the low-time runs are hella senior. So don't expect to be able to keep the run you had as an FO when you upgrade. The best plan is to come into the company flexible, because most likely you won't have an idea as to what positions are open until late in your training.

Although, the ultra-hot girl that works at Stevens in DAY was being especially smiley and friendly with me last night. I attribute this to the fact that I was looking very akin to a frozen wet rat and she felt sorry for me.
ah yes, the brown haired one who wears the f-me boots all the time. i remember when she got her braces off last year. i'd say "hit it" but my girlfriend may read this thread....
 
Have fun flying the SD3-30, the thing is wack on the vertical axis anytime you change power settings in flight... It yaws like a mofo. It also can be tricky on the landing rollout when you are in beta or reverse you will dance on the rudder pedals to keep the thing aligned on centerline of the runway. But suprisingly they are very good airplanes, the 360 is a bit better though, more stable and faster. Have fun!!!
 
Does the SD3-30 "require" 2 pilots?
 
Quick question for you freight doggs out there.
For company that used pistons without icing equipment how do they deal with those limitations during the winter. And how much pressure is aim at the pilots in terms of going?

My advise (and this is from somebody who is stuck in the Southeast so I don't get into ice a whole lot) Fly under or over it.

Just make sure you get plenty of speed before you hit the layer, and bust through it as quick as you can.

Nights like this are where you really make your 20,000 a year :)
