how did you guys do to be onthe FAA's advisory circular maling list?
I just called a guy at my local FSDO and he doesn't know.
 
I'm gonna have to pick one of these up, ... from looking at online it appears to have the same content as the old one, except with better pictures.

flipping through it i noticed there is a lot more practical information for instrument flying, rather than the attitude flying, systems and instruments, aeromedical factors, etc in the IFH

There are a number of FAA AC mailing lists that you can “subscribe” to at no cost. If you wish to be added to an AC mailing list simply fill out the “Request For Mailing List Action form” and mail it to: U.S. Department of Transportation Distribution Requirements Section, SVC-121.21 Washington, D.C. 20590

Blah. When will they get with emailing in the form =)
 
I don't think this is in print by the FAA. So getting them from the mailer is probably a nil chance.

We got word that they won't be printing anything anymore. Instead they are having othere companies make them, like ASA, where we get ours from.
