I just read the Latest Flight International. Great Article about Delta Connection in it. One of the sidebars has an article about how the next Connection Carrier might be Aerolitoral, the AeroMexico regional carrier. Supposedly Delta wants to compete with Eagle and X-Jet across the border, and the flights wouldn't count against scope caps.
