I just saw a Colgan Q400 in MYR today; haven't seen one there before.

Ya they're taking all the flying in the Northeast basically. It's not about performance, it's about price. When you fly bigger for cheaper, you get more work. Who cares about customer service

believe it or not many passengers like the Q and the service over the rj's that previously served the same routes. I think there is more leg room, head room, over head space, 2 flight attendants and of course beta.

As for continental, they like the service because it is more fuel efficient and the completion factor is now over target.

I'd take it for the 2 flight attendants alone. More is better in most cases.
