I believe they have been trying to grow the aircraft management side of the house and that would explain the G-IV and maybe even the Challenger deal. (I heard it was just one Challenger). Seems they are allways looking at people to hire but it will be difficult to get on if you don't know a person on the inside.
Your ERJ experience would help...again, if you had a contact. Seems QOL depends on the airplane you are on. All in all, the pay is fair, and they try to put together a reasonable schedule.
