Do NJA pilots fly both the XL and XLS or are they totally separate fleets.
I tried a search on this subject but could not find the answer.

We fly both. The differences pay is $300 extra per month.

I have to give it to you guys, diff pay for the XL and XLS. A boost in engine by a few hundred lbs of thrust, a couple of 100lbs to MTOW, different avionics suite and a nosewheel pin. You get $300.00 extra for that! They are practically the same freakin thing. Hell, you should have gotten a $1000 at least.
