From what I've read on the Fractional board, go to Skywest.
I have never worked for Netjets, but I did fly for a small fractional in which I only flew 10 days a month, and I had a great time working with those people. I truely miss that job. The only downside was I topped out at $60K. I guess, for me it was time to move on.
