Did the NJA pilots receive the same ICOM message yesterday that the company did (regarding the article)?
What's really interesting is that he bothered to refute it.

I can't stand it anymore.........

G4 use your egg, if the FO's- together- were a crew on the aircraft in question they should had called the company together and reported this.... You should had called your supervisor and reported it as an employee of NetJets..... You let us all down for not informing the company...

The FO's are blowning smoke up your APU bud... The sad part is; you as a PIC in the G Bird fell for it.......
Can you imagine what the company (and the feds) would do to a pilot caught writing up a bogus gripe? Who risk their career on such a STUPID move?
The only thing that was different during the "flying the pledge" evolution was that many PICs stopped "carrying" broken airplanes.

It wouldn't be pretty! Would they do the same thing to pilots who carry an assortment of burned out light bulbs? The Feds can actually put you in jail for something like that!

Sure.
Nothing has changed on the company side from a couple months ago. There are still rumors of layoffs, no raises, no training seminars, still a hiring freeze, rumors of tuition assistance reductions, and rumors of benefit ruductions. Most people say that they don't believe the article and that NJ is still in the red.

Well until it happens they are just that rumors.... Bridgeway is the biggest rumor mill in the free world. Now if our leaders would give us info, then maybe some of these rumors could be put to rest.

I don't believe the article either, but then again, I don't believe half of what comes out of managements mouth or RTS mouth for that matter. I'm sure the truth lies somewhere in between.

HOLY SMOKES!

G-IV PIC just went only 142 numbers junior to me.

Maybe I will be riding in style sooner than i thought.... LOL

A friend of mine just went through GV school for a private company. He said it was a lot of work, but worth it after the first takeoff in the real jet.

Interesting side note, is that they fly a G200 also and use NJA checklists modified slightly for that jet because they are well written. He says that he saw a GV checklist from NJI and it is equally well written and wants one, but are hard to come by.

I agree. With that in mind, I have heard that the axe will fall one more time resulting in a few new ICOM messages of folks who have gone on to pursue other endeavors. After that, things are supposed to turn around and the pay freeze will be unfrozen. Cant have raises when that axe is looming out and about. It happened once already, but as you said RNO, that too is just yet another rumor.
