Netjets magazine advertisement

Just read a Netjets magazine ad which states, "The industry's most experienced pilots (all are rated captain by the FAA)."
I didn't know Netjets required a type for FO's. Is this the only Frax to require this? What's your spin? Thanks-just curious.
