Last three tours I was home by 1300 on day 7. This tour, I sat at home all day on day 1 with a "show at home" brief. Just made a $100 tip today.

Which is more of a slave ship, the XL or the X and why? I think I know the answer but I like to hear people's opinions who have experience.
 
Never having flown the X, I would say that it's probably due to leg length. A long flight for the XL is 3 hours. Most probably average around 1.5 hours.

Some of the other types are starting to get pretty busy. Seems like the 680's are working a lot and a buddy of mine on the G200 is pulling some pretty long days as well.

Both ........Why you ask? Each fleet has 75+ planes. IMHO the XL works harder then the X does. Those boys never stop flying. C-680 is moving up fast. Take the range of the X, baggage of the XL, great performance and YEA your working.
 
I also think the number of aircraft in the fleet makes a diference. If you are on the X, XL, 680, or G-200 there always seems to be another airplane around when you break.
