How does the process work at Netjets. You send in a resume and they send you a small novel of an application to fill out. The question, do they send everyone and application or if you get an application do they put you in the interview pool when it is received?

If you meet the requirements, you'll likely get an app package sent to you. Having an internal rec usually helps to speed up the app package being sent out. Once you return it and it's reviewed, you should get an email telling you that you are in the pool, so to speak. The time spent in the pool is affected by the domicile(s) you are requesting.
